Carbon Credits Project Disclosure

Transparency, permanence, accuracy, and additionality are critical pieces in ensuring the quality of a carbon credit. At A-Gas, we're committed to sharing details surrounding our voluntary and compliance carbon credits, all of which can be found on the ACR (formerly American Carbon Registry) website.   • Protocol/methodology used: The Destruction of Ozone Depleting Substances and High-GWP Foam. (Version 2.0, February 2023)
  • Location of project: Bowling Green, Ohio
  • Project timeline: 07/05/2023 - 10/17/2023
  • Project start date: 7/5/2023

  • Type of project: Avoidance
  • Meets legal standards or NGO standards: CORSIA
  • The “durability” period if less than atmospheric lifetime: The project results in permanent avoided emissions with a durability period not less than the atmospheric lifetime of carbon dioxide emissions.
  • Independent expert or third‐party validation/verification: First Environment, Inc.
  • Annual emissions reductions/removal: 21,498 tCO2e
