In 2025, our company delivered one of its strongest years of operational performance, achieving growth in recovery, processing and sales while expanding our LRM approach across every region.

2025 - A Turning Point For Commercial Strategy 

This year also marked a turning point in our commercial strategy. We moved from broad, general ambitions to more targeted, sector-specific LRM initiatives. By deepening our engagement in a few fast-growing markets like data centres, food retail and carbon credit solutions, and by investing in specialised talent, we brought our circular model to life in these important sectors. The market response has been encouraging, with customers increasingly engaging with our solutions and
recognising the benefits of a holistic LRM approach.

Throughout 2025, A-Gas operated in an environment shaped by evolving regulation, changing customer requirements and continued focus on reducing emissions across the cooling sector. As the transition towards lower-GWP refrigerants and more circular approaches accelerated, we continued to support our customers with solutions that maximise the value of recovered refrigerants while helping prevent emissions.

During the year, we continued to strengthen our operations, invest in our people and advance initiatives that support our sustainability ambitions. We also expanded our capabilities to meet the evolving needs of customers while contributing to a more circular refrigerant economy.
