Are you extremely organised with a strong customer service and sales focus?

In this role, you will ensure that all Rapid Recovery jobs are timeously and effectively scheduled for optimal customer satisfaction. You will manage buybacks and ensure that cylinders and spares are always available for jobs.

Who are you?

  • You have a minimum of a matric and an administration diploma.
  • You have 3 – 5 years working experience in a customer service role.
  • You have had experience in database management and working with an ERP system (ideally Salesforce).
  • You are solutions-orientated with a practical problem-solving approach and enjoy working in a sales and service-driven environment.
  • You are proactive, accountable and performance-driven with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • You enjoy new challenges and are open to continuous learning. Role Requirements
  • Very strong project management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and teamwork skills.
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Good financial skills
  • In possession of a valid, unendorsed driving license
