There is a real sense of camaraderie and entrepreneurial spirit throughout all of our teams no matter where you work or what you do so you are sure to feel part of our journey the minute you step through our doors. We respect and celebrate our people as individuals and want to empower them to be the best they can be. We facilitate this in many different ways but believe we provide something for everyone. Our Benefits

At A-Gas, we want to attract, motivate and retain the most talented people in the region to help deliver our ambitious plans. We believe that everyone who joins us deserves to be well rewarded. We therefore offer a range of benefits that are available from the day you join and as you develop your career with us – so the longer you stay, the greater your rewards!

Our Benefits

Placement Programme

At A-Gas, we recognise the range of talent available across the student community within our local educational authorities. As such, we currently work closely with Bath University offering a rolling placement programme for Engineering students that demonstrate the right attitude and are keen to gain exposure and experience within our industry. These placements have had a high success rate to date with several graduates securing roles with us on a permanent, full time basis.

Beyond this arrangement, we are more broadly committed to helping prepare young people for the workplace. In support of this, we currently partner two local schools who we work closely with to help develop the employability skills of their students through a number of different projects. We take our role in building real-world connections with our local educational partners very seriously and this is a programme we enjoy and are proud to be involved with.

Our Work with our Community

We also support all team members who wish to do volunteer work, either within the local community or for charitable institutions. Supporting our staff to volunteer helps us to build stronger relationships with our local area and provide the opportunity for our teams to learn new skills.

Making a difference matters and we know how empowering it can feel to give something back and be part of positive change, which is why this is so important to us.

In addition, we support local schools, universities and colleges, particularly with regard to engineering; we therefore welcome applications for graduate training programmes and industry placements.
