Refrigerant Recovery At Sea

The A-Gas/Rapid Recovery service was recently put to the test aboard the Grand Princess Cruise ship. The ship was in need of a new heating and cooling system. To avoid keeping the cruise ship idle, the Rapid Recovery team based out of California loaded all equipment onto the ship before it left port. Over the course of 3 days the Rapid Recovery team worked around the clock to recover almost 3 tons of refrigerant gas consisting of R-22 and R-422D.
