
The primary purpose of the role is to lead the sales function and create demand for products and services across Australia. Reporting into the Commercial Director, you will develop sales strategies for key products, lead and support contractual negotiations for new and existing clients, drive and lead business growth and sales activities, contribute to marketing initiatives and manage relationships with existing customers and distributors. With one direct report, this role will also work alongside the broader commercial, marketing and customer service team.

- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in sales, business development or relationship management type roles
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, sales, marketing or similar
- Strong product knowledge of refrigerants, industrial gases and / or chemicals
- Good understanding of applicable standards/ codes relating to filing, storage, handling and transportation of refrigerants
Naturally you will also need well developed sales, negotiation, leadership and customer nurturing skills, plus a range of competencies that are commensurate with a senior sales role.
