A-Gas Signs ENABLESM Premier Agreement with Matheson Tri-Gas, Inc.

Basking Ridge, NJ – June 29, 2009 - Matheson Tri-Gas, Inc. is pleased to announce that A-Gas, headquartered in the United Kingdom has signed a Global ENABLE sm Premier Agreement.

A-Gas is the leading independent global specialist blender, re-packer and distributor of specialty gases and chemicals to the refrigeration and insulation foam industries, primarily focusing on environmentally acceptable replacement products for chlorofluorocarbon gases and liquids. AGas is market leader in its core markets in the UK, Australia and South Africa, with modern state of the art storage, blending and packaging facilities in Bristol, Melbourne and Cape Town.

This alliance between A-Gas and the Matheson Tri-Gas' Global ENABLEsm Program will allow
