UK Model Services

A-Gas UK is one of only three companies licensed by the UK Environment Agency to provide a fully comprehensive refrigerant reclamation and recycling service.

The service offers complete refrigeration life cycle stewardship by enabling end users and contractors to hand over responsibility for waste management to A-Gas. A dedicated fleet of reclaim cylinders utilises specialist valve technology enabling refrigerant engineers to retrieve waste refrigerants in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.

A-Gas UK offers refrigerant banking as a solution to R22 phase out

R22 is one of the most commonly used refrigerants in the UK. It is widely used in air conditioning units and extensively in the food industry from manufacturing and processing to food storage and transportation. The EC-wide ban of HCFC’s that came into force on 1st January 2010 has far reaching implications.
